Ted Stolze: Resources of Hope, Logics of Struggle

January 05, 2006: 1905-2005: Lenin, Trotsky, Luxemburg

For, it is said, enough said,
it's all been said before,
sometimes better,
sometimes worse,
alternation praise and curse;
exchange one
for the other,
then reverse:

But this is oppression,
that is love,
this is history
ascended from below
this is a glimpse of both
and more to come,
uneven and combined,
apart and all together:

International and local
in one collective gulp
each and every draws
from future's reservoir of hope.
