Images of demonstrations: October 26, 2002 San Francisco

October 26, 2002, Civic Center, San Francisco

It's a tall job, but somebody's gotta do it. This lady has to have been the tiredest person in San Francisco by the end of the day.

It's interesting to note the festive sense of creativity with which people approach these events. Lenin called revolution "a festival of the oppressed". Should our list in-progress of the purposes of political demonstrations include "to express individual creativity"?
